Marriott Residence Inn

This twenty-eight-story historic landmark building was originally built in 1920 and was recently converted into a Marriott Residence Inn. The conversion from commercial office space to a luxury hotel, catering to a discriminating clientele, entailed the execution of a complex logistical plan and schedule. Located in the Heart of Center City and across from City Hall, the Residence Inns historic orientation was a major consideration in its conversion. The exterior of the building was restored to its original design and the interior fixtures and details all represent the original period of design. The hotel features amenities including a full gym with pool, two restaurants and underground parking.
