Playwrights Horizons

Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan at 416 West 42nd Street, the Playwrights Horizons Theatre is set to become a staple of Manhattan’s theatre district. The new state-of-the-art facility will house all of the theatre’s artistic, production, and administrative activities under one roof. The space includes a 198-seat mainstage theatre, 128-seat studio theatre, rehearsal rooms, three large lobbies and artistic, production, and administrative offices.

The mainstage theatre includes a full-size trap room, high-end wood paneling and glowing reson balustrades. Illuminated Marquis signs signal the theatres entry and transparent window-walls from street level to roof offer views of the public spaces throughout the building and from the building back to the city.
