RCDolner is committed to sponsoring a comprehensive benefits program for all eligible employees. A good benefits program is a solid investment in RCDolner employees. RCDolner conducts an annual review of the benefits program and makes modifications as it deems appropriate.
RCDolner offers its employees the opportunity to elect medical benefits for you and your family. You may elect individual coverage for yourself or family coverage for you and your eligible dependents. In either event, benefits go into effect ninety (90) days after your date of hire. If you elect to participate in the plan, the company will contribute to the coverage.
Short-term disability income is a mandated benefit in some states, including New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Washington D.C. It insures protection for wages lost because of injuries or illness that are not work related. It can pay up to 180 days if you are disabled. Benefits are not paid for the first seven days of disability, unless the disability extends beyond 14 days.
In addition, RCDolner offers its employees the opportunity to elect Long Term Disability coverage. The election of this coverage is optional and at the expense of the employee.
RCDolner offers its employees to participate in a 401(K) plan at the start of their employment.
RCDolner provides each employee with a company paid life insurance policy. In addition, RCDolner offers its employees the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance coverage.
We believe that our employees should take time away from their everyday routine to relax and enjoy their families and other outside interests. In that regard, RCDolner provides a competitive vacation plan.
